Refund Policy

According to current policy, official application fees are:

• Non-refundable – Fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
• Non-transferrable – Fees cannot be transferred or resold.
• Valid for one use only – Each fee covers a single application. If that application is denied, a new fee and application must be submitted.
• Expires after 1 year – Fees are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. After expiration, they can no longer be used.
• Country-specific – Payments made in one country cannot be transferred to another.

UVA LLC charges a $165 non-refundable fee to process your application. This includes creation of a profile, assistance with expedited request formatting, and processing of your application. An additional $50 charge applies for comprehensive form preparation. Non-refundable official fees may vary: $185 for most general cases, $205 for petition-based cases, and $315 for E-category nonimmigrant categories.

It is your responsibility to understand before beginning any application that UVA LLC is a private third-party processing agency. UVA is a private service that helps you prepare your application, pay all the necessary fees, and book your interview. You can also do this yourself for free on the official channels.
